Who we are

This website is run by Vive Foodbrands Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14347151. Our registered office is 71 Queens Drive, Mossley Hill, Liverpool L18 2DU. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at info@vivefoodbrands.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your first and last name, your email address, what you are getting in touch about, your message and, if you came from a product page, the name of that product.

This website does not run analytics and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. Where you are asking about buying from us, it is also to take steps you have asked for before a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for theirs.

Who processes it for us

Your message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act only on our instructions. They may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States; where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or stop using it. To do any of these, email info@vivefoodbrands.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
